No issues. Work was done sooner than promised even though I didn't have an oil change appointment, and cost was reasonable. Advice on other issues was also welcomed as I have found this shop to be trustworthy over the years.

Used the quick lube service. Quick and much needed replacement of wiper blades. Great service as usual.

I had a good experience buying a car there 13 years ago and they help me keep it running still today.

Representative was very knowledgeable about the issues I came in for. Although nothing can be done to fix the issues it was good to know it is just the way this model year is.

11:30 appointment. At noon, I am told the car has not even been taken in yet and everyone will be going to lunch soon and probably won’t be looked at for a while. I go home. Get a call at 2 o’clock telling me my car is ready to be picked up. And all that time, all they did is run diagnostic to tell me it’s something they can’t do. Given my keys back, pay $100 for the diagnostic and told my car is in the side lot. No it’s not. Good thing I saw my car as I pulled in otherwise I would have been wandering looking for it.

I wouldnt recommend getting your car worked on for anything at this place. They print out a check list & act like theyve checked out everything on your car thats on the list but havent looked at anything. I wouldnt even trust the techs to do a simple oil change honestly. The people working at the desks are rude and mostly miserable. If you hate your job & what you do just get a different one. Spend your money somewhere else these people dont care about getting your car fixed correctly.

I had a 3 o’clock appointment I checked in with the guy when I pulled into the garage. He told me to go sit down. They’d let me know when it’s done an hour and a half later. They finally come to get me to tell me it was done they did not communicate with anybody that I was there. I was so upset. I will never do business with Cedar Rapids Toyota again their service department as far as I am concerned, is the worst I have ever seen.
