The people working at the desks are rude and mostly miserable. If you hate your job & what you do just get a different one. Spend your money somewhere else these people dont care about getting your car fixed correctly. ”

They finally come to get me to tell me it was done they did not communicate with anybody that I was there. I was so upset. I will never do business with Cedar Rapids Toyota again their service department as far as I am concerned, is the worst I have ever seen. ”
